HOW TO ORDER..
Simply choose the amount of people needed in the drop down menu...
Each additional extra (pets, people, wood base, arch, heart sign) is a + 1 in the drop down box
For example:
* bride, groom, dog and base would be bride & groom +2
*bride, groom, child, base and arch would be bride & groom +3
CUSTOMISATION DETAILS
Bride/Brides..
Dress: description, mainly colour, neckline, strap line, any lace etc
Hair: colour? length? straight, curly, how you will be wearing it on the day
Accessories: tiaras, veils, clips, glasses etc
Groom/Grooms...
Suit: 2 or 3 piece? Colour? including shirt, waistcoat and tie
Hair: colour, length, beard etc
Accessories: glasses etc
Flowers: colours, flower type, your flowers are a reflection of what you are having but not a true imitation however I will try and emulate your floral arrangement, lavender for example
Wedding Date: this is super important, I work with wedding dates rather than order dates, this means that sometimes orders placed in August but the wedding is in December may have more of a wait than those last minute orders for September weddings but I will always keep you updated on progress

Descriptions are really really helpful, although photos are super helpful too.... Once I have all the details I need I'll get cracking and confer with you if I feel I need anymore detail. When I've finished I'll send a photo over and you can let me know if there's anything you want changing

1: WHAT IS THE DIAMETER OF THE BASE?
The base diameter is roughly 5 inches give or take a few cm's
2: HOW TALL IS THE ARCHWAY?
The arch measures roughly 25cm's from the bottom of the base to the top of the arch
3: HOW TALL ARE THE WEDDING COUPLE PEGS?
The Wedding Couple Pegs measure 9cms and then vary in size for your extra figures according to age
4: DO YOU DO SAME SEX COUPLES?
Yes, we have no problem making you a same sex couple Wedding Cake Topper
5: CAN I INCLUDE MY DOGS/CATS/RABBITS/TORTOISES/HORSE/GUINEA PIGS/CHICKENS?
Of Course, there is not family pet i have yet to encounter, i have even done lizards and parrots
6: DO I SEND PHOTOS OR DESCRIPTIONS?
Both, whatever's easiest for you, We do like to keep the conversation within the Etsy platform though, super confusing having to go through other means of finding your information, Etsy allow 3 photos per comment in the message thread.
7: HOW DO I GET MY DETAILS TO YOU?
Once you have placed an order you will recieve a message from us with a customisation detail list, this has everything we need to make your Wedding Cake Topper, please allow 48 hours for this to some through

I accept payment through debit/credit card or paypal
Pebble art processing time : 2/3 weeks
Cake topper processing time : 6/8 weeks
Greeting card processing time : 1 week
Royal Mail 2nd Class postage is used for all orders
Royal Mail 1st Class postage is used for greeting cards
Other Courier options are available upon request
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
As well as I package your orders sometimes accidents happen, before either a refund is given or a replacement sent I do require photographic evidence of the breakage.
I simply cannot accept refunds or returns on personalised goods.
All of my items are handmade and so will differ from the photos seen in my shop, they are handmade specifically for you and no two will ever be alike.
I accept no responsibility if you have misspelt a name or a word in your message, although I do try my very best to confer with you that spellings are correct.
Peg People/cake toppers
All photos sent in for personalisation purposes will be disposed of once the order is complete and has arrived with you
Your photos will in no circumstances be shared with any third parties
Once your cake toppers have been finished I will confer with you any changes to be made so you are perfectly happy before the final bake and dispatch
After Approval photos are sent they will be baked and glued down (if required) NO changes can be made after you have approved your cake topper
Customisation needs (outfits, hair colour etc) must be sent ASAP, any delays in this take up processing time and could end up with your cake toppers arriving after the dispatch date
If I haven't had a reply to customisation request messages within 14 days I will have no choice but to cancel your order and offer a refund minus an admin fee of £25.00
Cancellations on cake toppers after 14 days will be refunded minus a £25 admin fee, Peg work and administration will have started by this point and so my time will need reimbursing
Cake topper orders are processed by wedding date not order date, I may have to mark your order as complete even if your cake toppers haven't been made, this is just for admin purposes and your cake topper will be made before your wedding date
No Refund policy on personalised pegs unless they arrive damage, proof of damage will be needed upon request
Our Cake Toppers are extremely delicate, sometimes small parts may fall off during transit, please note that to overcome this issue the bouquet will be overloaded so this will not be noticeable
No refunds on customised products unless they are faulty, responsibility for correct sizing is that of the customer
